Output Racing League (ORL) is excited to announce the return of teams for the upcoming 2024 Season 2, adding another layer of strategy and camaraderie to our thrilling races.

In the spirit of fostering both competition and collaboration, teams can now be formed by anyone without the need for a draft. Each team can consist of up to four drivers, allowing for a diverse mix of talent and strategy. Drivers will have salary requirements based on their league performance, ensuring a balanced and fair competition. The total salary for a team must remain under the cap of $20, making strategic decisions crucial for team success.

All drivers on a team will score points, and the team with the highest total points at the end of the season will be crowned the winner. This scoring system emphasizes the importance of teamwork and consistency throughout the season.

We understand that being together in one Discord voice channel is something that drivers enjoyed and wanted to keep. As such, we are not requiring separate Discord voice chat splits for teams. Instead, teams can enjoy the camaraderie and instant communication that come from staying in the same channel, enhancing the racing experience.

To create your team, simply use the provided worksheet and post in the #team-submission channel on Discord when you’re ready to submit any team transactions. This straightforward process ensures that forming and managing teams is both easy and efficient.

Importantly, this initiative is designed purely for the thrill of racing and the glory of victory—no real money is involved, but the team with the cleanest incident sheet will get an award to be announced. It’s all about the passion for racing and the excitement of competing as a team.
